Rischio di grave danno del fegato provocato da VEOZA,farmaco biologico

Risk of serious liver damage caused by Veozah, a “biological” drug

Veozah, a "biological" drug for the treatment of menopausal hot flashes and sweating, causes serious liver damage.

                                  Veozah liver impairment in menopause

The Safety Committee of the EMA (European Medicines Agency) has sent an Important Information Note (NII)

to all healthcare professionals operating in European Union countries to inform them of the risk of induced liver

damage from drugs such as Veoza (fezolinetant).

      Contents

                 1)   Risk of serious liver damage by Veozah

                 2)   Liver test changes caused by Veozah

                 3)   Natural Cures for Menopausal Disorders

                                         1)  Risk of serious liver damage caused by Veozah

Veozah is a monoclonal antibody, a so-called biological medicine, used to treat moderate to severe vasomotor

symptoms (hot flushes or night sweats) associated with menopause. The Committee considered the risk of Veozah

(fezolinetant) causing drug-induced liver injury by evaluating information from all available sources, including

physicians’ reports of suspected side effects and studies published in the scientific literature.

                                        2)  Changes in liver tests caused by Veozah

In women taking Veozah, serious increases in blood levels have been reported after the drug was marketed

liver enzymes, i.e. transaminases [alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and/or aspartate aminotransferase (AST)],

greater than 10 times the upper limit of normal, with concomitant elevations in bilirubin and/or alkaline

phosphatase (ALP). In some cases, elevated liver function tests were associated with signs or symptoms that

suggested liver damage, that is, fatigue, itching, jaundice, dark urine, decreased appetite or abdominal pain.

The PRAC (EMA's Safety Committee) recommends that liver function tests be performed both before and during

treatment with VEOZAH, to ensure that no symptoms indicating liver damage occur, advising healthcare

professionals that treatment should be stopped if transaminases and bilirubin increase or if liver enzymes

increases are accompanied by symptoms that suggest liver damage, like fatigue, itching, jaundice, dark urine,

decreased appetite or abdominal pain.

                                  3)   Natural Cures for Menopausal Disorders

From all this, it is clear once again that even drugs that pass the test for marketing in the various states of the

European Union can later prove to be toxic to human health.

At this point, why not consider a natural solution to the problem of hot flashes and night sweats using natural

products like Biocephal?

Biocephal is an absolutely natural compound, free of both gluten and lactose and side effects, which, by

restoring the normal conditions of the immune system, both general and utero-vaginal, gradually but quickly

makes all the disorders that can occur in menopause disappear, restoring serenity to all the women who now

thought they had lost it.
